The American Planning Association Provides Funding to 17 Additional Local Coalitions to Combat Chronic Disease

​The American Planning Association (APA) has provided $2.25 million in funding to 17 new local coalitions to combat two determinants of chronic disease—lack of physical activity and lack of access to nutritious foods.
