What Pensacola is Doing to Make Downtown More Pedestrian Friendly

Pensacola is one of thousands of cities across the U.S. that created ordinances after World War II requiring developers to build parking spaces based on the square footage of their buildings. Now, officials in Pensacola, Florida are working to move downtown into the 21st century, forcing spacious parking lots to take a backseat to a pedestrian friendly environment.
